Acceptance of these terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the ZENSSY website at zenssy.com, our services and our online courses. By visiting our website, contacting us, buying a course or engaging us for a service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

About ZENSSY

ZENSSY (“ZENSSY”, “we”, “us”, “our”) provides IT solutions, website development, document services and online courses. “You” means any visitor, client, student or other person who uses our website or services.

Our services

We offer IT solutions, website development and document services. The exact scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for each project are described in the proposal, quotation, invoice or message we agree with you. Anything not included in that agreement is outside the scope of the work.

  • Timelines are estimates and may change if requirements change or if information, content or approvals are delayed.
  • Some work depends on third parties, such as hosting providers, payment gateways, government portals and software vendors. We are not responsible for delays or changes caused by them.
  • Work outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.

Your responsibilities

To help us deliver good results, you agree to:

  • give us accurate, complete and lawful information, content and documents;
  • respond to our questions and review work within a reasonable time;
  • have the right to use any material you give us, including text, images, logos and documents;
  • keep your account details and passwords confidential.

Document services

For GST, income tax, registrations, licences and other paperwork, our work depends on the information and documents you provide and on the rules of the relevant authority. We prepare and submit documents on your behalf as agreed, but approvals, outcomes and processing times are decided by the authorities, and we cannot guarantee them.

Unless we state otherwise in writing, our document services are provided as administrative and preparation support and are not legal, tax or financial advice. You are responsible for checking that the information in your documents is correct before it is submitted.

Online courses

  • When you enroll, you receive a personal, non-transferable right to access the course for your own learning.
  • You must not share your login, copy, record, resell or distribute course content without our written permission.
  • Course content, schedules and features may be updated or improved from time to time.
  • Certificates may be issued when course requirements are completed. Issued certificates can be checked on our Verify Certificate page, and we may withdraw a certificate that was obtained by false information or misuse.
  • We do not guarantee any particular job, income or career result from completing a course.

Pricing and payments

Prices are shown in Indian rupees (INR) and may change at any time. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order or the one stated in your quotation. Taxes, where applicable, are charged as required by law.

Online payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Razorpay. We do not store your full card details. A payment is confirmed only when you receive confirmation from us or from the payment provider. If a payment fails or is deducted without confirmation, please contact us with the transaction details.

Refunds and cancellations

Fees for courses and services are charged as shown when you purchase. Unless we state otherwise in writing, or the law requires otherwise, fees are not refundable once course access has been given or work on a service has started.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, or a payment was taken twice, please contact us as soon as possible and we will look into it.

Intellectual property

The ZENSSY name, logo, website design, course content and other materials we create are owned by ZENSSY or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them without our written permission, except for your own personal learning where we allow it.

For custom work we do for you, ownership of the final deliverables passes to you once full payment is received, unless we agree something different in writing. We may keep our own tools, templates and general know-how, and may mention that we worked with you unless you ask us not to.

Acceptable use of our website

You agree not to:

  • use our website for anything unlawful, harmful or misleading;
  • try to gain unauthorised access to our systems, accounts or data;
  • upload viruses or harmful code, or interfere with how the website works;
  • use automated tools to copy or scrape our content;
  • submit false enquiries, applications or certificate requests.

Privacy

We collect and use personal information, such as your name, phone number and email address, to respond to enquiries, provide services and courses, process payments and issue certificates. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your information.

Third-party services and links

Our website may link to or work with third-party services, such as payment providers, messaging apps and government portals. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, availability or policies. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.

Disclaimer

We work to keep our website and services accurate and available, but they are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise that the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every result of our work will meet your particular expectations or business outcomes.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZENSSY is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of profit, business or data, arising from your use of our website, services or courses. Our total liability for any claim related to a service or course is limited to the amount you paid us for that service or course.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access to our website, a course or a service if you break these Terms, misuse our content or systems, or fail to pay amounts due. You may stop using our services at any time, subject to any amounts already due.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continuing to use our website or services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through discussion will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
