Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any certification exam.

1. Nature of Our Products

All certification exams, courses, and digital assessments offered by ZENSSY are digital products delivered instantly upon successful payment. Because access to exam content, question banks, and assessment materials is granted immediately, we are unable to offer refunds once payment has been completed and access has been provided.

2. No Refunds Once Access Is Granted

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All certification exam fees are strictly non-refundable once the exam or course has been unlocked on your account.
  • This applies regardless of whether you have started, completed, passed, or failed the exam.
  • Payment does not guarantee a passing result or certification outcome — it only grants access to attempt the assessment.

3. Exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, consider a refund or credit in the following limited circumstances:

  • A duplicate/accidental charge for the same exam on the same account.
  • A verified technical failure on our end that permanently prevents you from accessing the exam, where our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time.

Requests for exceptions must be submitted to info@zenssy.com within 7 days of purchase, along with your order ID and a description of the issue. Approved refunds, if any, will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Cancellations

Since access is granted instantly upon payment, orders cannot be cancelled once completed. If you have not yet completed payment, you may simply close the checkout page without being charged.

5. Retake & Re-attempt Policy

If your exam includes a limited number of attempts, using up all attempts without passing does not qualify for a refund. Additional attempts, if offered, may be purchased separately at the prevailing price.
