ZENSSY Technologies sells only digital products and online certification examinations.
Refund Policy
Once payment is successful and exam or course access has been granted, payments are non-refundable.
Refunds will only be considered if:
- Duplicate payment has been made.
- Payment was deducted but enrolment was not created due to a verified technical issue.
- ZENSSY Technologies is unable to deliver the purchased service.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled after digital access has been activated.
